Attending an event is supposed to be something fun and memorable. As an event coordinator, you want your participants and audience to enjoy your event. One important component to that is your Concessions. People want to be able get something to eat and drink while they are there. Melissa and her staff only serve the best and it's all cooked to order. Let's be honest, no one wants a 2 hour old hot dog or stale and soggy nachos.​

 

Melissa also has her own Mobile Kitchen. She is capable of going anywhere.
